Founded in Thuringia, focused on administrative reality
ProDiFair is being built in Erfurt, founded and led by Cornelius Schmidtke, with a background in product, technology, and the public sector. Our goal is a digital transformation of public administration that genuinely works in everyday practice.
The project is currently in the pre-founding phase. We are developing the Golden Path Demo and speaking with municipal pilot partners to jointly validate assumptions about processes, roles, and data fields.
Product development follows clear quality principles: accessibility as a baseline, Privacy by Design, EU-only infrastructure, and a well-thought-out role model for all stakeholders.
We are looking for municipal partners for initial pilot projects and co-founders from the fields of technology and public administration.
Responsible for product vision, prioritisation, and pilot management. His focus is on clear processes, reliable documentation, and procurement-ready materials for municipal partners.
