No big project, no lengthy lead time. We're pilot-ready within about six weeks, with a clear scope, real data, and measurable results. The pilot then runs for three to six months, long enough for reliable figures.

Demo & initial meeting

30 minutes, no effort required on your part. We demonstrate the complete golden path live: submission in the Citizen App, case view in the portal, KPI dashboard. You decide afterwards whether it's the right fit.

Define scope & data privacy

Together we define a specific process (e.g. invoice intake), the roles involved, success criteria, and the required data protection documents (DPA, TOMs). This usually takes one to two weeks.

Setup & training

We set up your tenant, configure roles and routing, and train your case workers in a 90-minute session. No IT effort required on your side.

Pilot operations
