Software Development
We are a company in its founding phase in the field of digital public administration (GovTech) and are looking for someone to co-develop and advance the technical foundation of our solution.

Note on Compensation: As we are currently still in the pre-founding phase, involvement is initially without fixed remuneration. The goal is to build a viable product and company together. We plan to develop the project through funding programmes and aim to transition the collaboration into a paid role once appropriate funding is secured.
Your Focus
- Co-developing the backend and frontend architecture of our GovTech platform
- Implementing new features and improving existing functionality
- Building scalable and maintainable system components
- Close collaboration with UX design and product management
- Ensuring data protection and security standards (GDPR-compliant)
- Contributing to technical architecture decisions
Your Profile
- Degree or training in computer science, software engineering, business informatics, or equivalent
- Experience with modern web technologies (e.g. Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js)
- Understanding of clean code quality, testing and documentation
- Interest in GovTech, digital public administration or public sector technology
- Team-oriented with a willingness to work in an early-stage startup environment
- Interest in long-term collaboration

Your Focus
- Designing and evolving the user interface of our GovTech platform
- Conducting user research and usability tests with municipal employees
- Creating wireframes, prototypes and design mockups
- Building and maintaining a consistent design system
- Close coordination with software development for the handover of implementation-ready designs
- Developing an accessible, barrier-free user experience for the public sector
Your Profile
- Degree or training in UX/UI design, communication design, media informatics, or equivalent
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Understanding of user-centred design processes and design thinking
- Interest in digital public administration, GovTech or accessible design
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills in an interdisciplinary environment
- Interest in long-term collaboration

We are a company in its founding phase in the field of digital public administration (GovTech) and are looking for someone to actively present our solution to municipalities, build pilot projects and develop strategic partnerships.

We plan to develop the project through funding programmes and aim to transition the collaboration into a paid role once appropriate funding is secured.
Your Focus
- Reaching out and building contacts with municipalities, authorities and public institutions
- Presenting the product in conversations, presentations and demo sessions
- Organising and conducting product demos for municipal decision-makers
- Building a network in the field of public administration / GovTech
- Identifying suitable pilot municipalities for initial tests and collaboration
- Negotiating and coordinating pilot offers, letters of intent (LoI) and pilot contracts
- Contributing to the further development of the sales strategy in the GovTech space
- Supporting the development of long-term partnerships with municipalities and public bodies
Your Profile
- Degree or training in business, public administration, public management, business informatics, politics, sales, or equivalent
- Interest in digital public administration, GovTech or public sector innovation
- Initial experience in sales, business development or project work is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and confidence when engaging decision-makers
- Interest in networking and building strategic partnerships
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the motivation to help build a product in the early phase
- Interest in long-term collaboration
