This privacy policy informs you about the nature, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data on the website www.prodifair.de (“Project Digital Administration (ProDiFair)”).

This website is a static HTML file. No cookies are set, no tracking is performed, and no personal data is automatically stored or shared with third parties. No analytics or tracking services (e.g. Google Analytics) are used.
4. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email, the information you provide (name, email address, message content) will be stored to process your request. This data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

When our website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records so-called server log files. These contain, among other things:
- IP address of the requesting device (anonymised)
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the requested resource
- Browser and operating system used
- HTTP status code
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log files are automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider. The servers are located exclusively in Germany and the EU.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data. The competent authority is the Thuringian State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (TLfDI), Rudolstadt.
8. Contact Form
When you use our contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, organisation if applicable, subject and message) will be forwarded to us by email to process your request. This data is not stored on the server. It is forwarded in real time only and then discarded.
Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you grant by checking the privacy checkbox in the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time with future effect (e.g. by email to info@prodifair.de).
The technical processing of the form is handled via a PHP script on STRATO GmbH servers in Germany. No data is transmitted to third parties.
